The check in was fine,on the way to the 2nd floor,we noticed a strong smell of smoke in the hallway, when we got to the room, the bed was fine,I had a kitchen with nothing there was a sign downstairs for $20 and $40 to get the kitchen supplies there was no microwave in my room and no light fixture in the bathroom. This place definitely needs some T.L.C

There were eye lash clusters stuck to the towels. The room had a weird smell & all night it was so loud! The key cards stopped working halfway through the stay also. So many people just loitering. Felt very unsafe. Didn’t stay the 2nd night.

The room was terribly dirty, sheets had hair on them. Place smelled like Marijuana. The front desk guy was nice and tried getting me another room on different floor, but that floor smelled just as bad

I understand that this is budget accommodation, but the smell of dampness was extremely strong, and there was an insect inside the bathtub. Aesthetically, the place does not look like the pictures; it appears quite run-down and in need of maintenance. The elevator was also in very poor hygienic and paint condition. The host’s assistance during check-in was good. However, at check-out there was no staff available, and the office/reception area was closed.

Not really a hotel, more of a temporary housing complex. Lots of people living in building. Staff was great and tried best to help make stay bearable.

It was so bad we didn’t even check in to our room. Had a hooker hanging outside, a guy high on meth sitting on sidewalk. Front staff was outside no where to be found for 15 minutes and knew nothing about the area. I wish I could have at least one positive but there isn’t one.

Close to Sanford airport. Room Spartan and out dated. Kitchenette Stove and Range hood in operative. Refrigerator clean. Did not use microwave. Bed above average. Musty smell in room upon entry. Bring your own bathroom supplies. One bar of soap. Room rate was acceptable due to the close proximity to the airport; Approximately five minutes away.
