「Very cleanly, cute apartment and cute area with great shops and food. Although the house directly next to it is under construction and quite loud, overall the loft itself was wonderful🙂」

「We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. 「Needs updated. Looks like it had some type of water leak and it was never repaired. I was highly disappointed but stayed anyway due to the fact that I had rented from them before and know this was not」

「Very comfortable.」

「Very nice place」

「Lovely stay in Mount Dora, perfect location, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again.」

「Some items like the towel rail was damaged upon arrival other than that the stay was amazing !!」

「Small cozy quaint vintage home. Everything within walking distance. The cleanest rental I've been in. I really enjoyed myself. I definitely will be back.」

「Owners were easy to reach and to work with little to no notice of our need. Unit was clean and affordable! Note - gated community with security was a learning curve but the guards were reachable by phone and very nice. 」

「It was great」

「Large 2br apartment with access to a very nice pool and other amenities! Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms, 3 good tvs, screened in balcony. Keep in mind that it is a third floor walk up and be sure to read the guides on check in, especially parking and trash.」

「These people are awful. Double booked our condo, left us without a place to stay after driving 18 hours and took no accountability nor offered any kind of help resolving the issue. Ignored phone calls and texts, lied about the booking, and refused to communicate. 」

「Make sure housekeeping is thoroughly cleaning the apartments before tenants check in」
