「Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.」

「Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. 」

「Amazing! They had everything I needed and were so flexible as I almost needed to extend my stay due to the storm. The vibe was great, very cool and seamless check in and access. Close to everything needed. I will definitely be returning! Can’t wait.」

「Close to Sanford airport. Room Spartan and out dated. Kitchenette Stove and Range hood in operative. Refrigerator clean. Did not use microwave. Bed above average. Musty smell in room upon entry. Bring your own bathroom supplies. One bar of soap. Room rate was acceptable due to the close proximity to the airport; Approximately five minutes away.」

「I had a normal time at this property. It's advertised as a suites place, and there's a full, if small kitchen area in the room, but not a single pot, pan, or even coffee maker. No silverware to use on take-out food or anything like that. The price was right but the amenities were lacking. Maybe it was just my room?」

「Everything is disgusting, there’s roaches everywhere, no smoke detectors in the rooms, the doors barely have a lock and look like they’ve been broken into before, smoke holes in the sheets, even though we asked for a non-smoking room, everything smelled like smoke and mildew, random pieces of wood left in the room, pieces of the wall have been ripped off or there’s holes in the wall, I could keep going on. Only stay here if you need a cheap last resort bed to sleep on.」
