「This hotel did not feel like a typical Westin experience. The pool was small and very basic, lacking the upscale atmosphere you would expect. 「The woman at the front desk was friendly but when I went to my room the bed wasn’t made and the drawers weren’t shut properly. It was as if someone had to vacate quickly. I went back downstairs and the woman was not overly apologetic( does this happen often?!?) My new room had a weird smell and the bed was creaky. Overall, not the best stay at close to 200 a night. I was really disappointed in this hotel.」

「This property is well situated on Central Floridas major hwy I 4. It’s in a super safe area and at no time was i nervous about arriving late at night. Attentive staff were friendly and knowledgeable. No breakfast is offered…the little store in the lobby has lots of good choices if you decide to stay in.
