"At check in, the rep determined I had 2 reservations made through Expedia. I thought I had made one, but it didn’t show up in Expedia or my emails so I made another one and paid for it. The rep was concerned if he used the wrong one that it would be difficult to get my money back. We determined which was already paid for and continued with that. Neither of us could figure out why the first Expedia reservation did not show up."

"The stay was very good as usual. Nice blend of familys to interact with. Hot tub in main pool area had no bubbles first part of stay but, was rectified. The "A" building we stayed in is showing its age and should be on a list to be upgraded. It would be nice to have a few more cooking pots pans to utilize especially for familys. Recumbent bike in fitness room had something wrong with it. Other than those few things which did not which were overcome, our stay was what we expected and will return...
