recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The room and surrounding areas—including the elevator, stairs, and laundry room—were dirty and poorly maintained. There was trash scattered throughout the property, especially around the pool and parking lot. People were eating and drinking in the pool area, which only added to the mess.
What made me feel particularly unsafe was that the parking lot gate was left open throughout my stay. This made the area feel unsecured and added to my overall discomfort.
To make matters worse, the area near the pool had a terrible odor, similar to that of a dead animal. I had planned a relaxing weekend getaway with my daughter, but I was so embarrassed by the conditions that we spent most of our time away from the hotel. When we returned home, I washed all of our clothes immediately out of concern that bugs or pests may have traveled home with us.
While the staff at check-in and during breakfast were kind and professional, the condition of the hotel itself was unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a safe and clean environment for future guests.
