「They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. 」

「We stayed their number of time but this time their were like six people in the room next to us and it was very noisy」

「Staff in the restaurant was nice, front desk staff and property up keep leave much to desire. Bathroom cleanliness was also a miss. Would not stay here again.」
