"This is a very popular spot - it was very busy, and the pool and beach areas stayed full. Get there early for chairs! The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. There is a place to store luggage if you need before/after checking in/out. The building is a bit past its prime, with furniture in rooms old and damaged and the walls/halls sort of dingy and nasty. The pool and beach access makes up for what the hotel facility lacks, as it's the perfect way to relax and enjoy the location."

"Everything was great- from staff, activities, amenities, pools, water park, food and large room! The only complaint (big one!) was no hot water our entire stay. We reached out for maintenance and the problem was not resolved for our 2 night stay :("

"This was our third time staying at this property, it was immaculate as usual and the room clean and well stocked and the a.c worked great. Most the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The ice machines were no longer working but they did have someone deliver our room some ice in a timely manner. My only issues were the bartender at the covered bar in the water park made me get up from my seat at the bar to stand in a line to order another drink, also the jets were not working at the hot tub closest to the main lobby and the staff we told were uninterested and unwilling to help, besides that a great experience!"

"There was no hot water in the showers in the rooms, The beds are extremely hard and they squeak when you turn at night. The rooms smell bad, there are people smoking in the rooms and the AC units are outdated for how new the hotel is. Also wall panels under the TV are falling, we can see all the cables from phone and tv."

"Great spot near parks for family’s to spread out. This is our fourth stay and perhaps the last as our room was missing some essentials that are typically supplied but other room had stocked. Took nearly four calls to get toilet paper and bedding for pull out that wasn’t supplied ahead of time. Seems like some inconsistencies in housecleaning/maintenance."
