"We got a city view, which was fine. The room was clean but housekeeping never came to make up the room for two days. Finally, I called to complain about it. Instead of cleaning the room the hotel gave us a 200 dollar credit on the room stay. It was a little weird. We did get an apology and I love this hotel - I always stay here when I come to Miami - but I have never had this happen before. "

"The place was amazing! The pool was right downstairs, and very quiet. The coffee stationwas first-class. Cooking meals in our own suite was great. Staff was among the best we've ever had anywhere, and we travel routinely. And we were 5-10 minutes from our main Disney destination each day. When we come back with a team or even for a camp, this is the place I think we'll pick each time! "
