"I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. While the rooms themselves are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, several service and maintenance issues made the stay frustrating. Our reservation was for seven people, but when we arrived, there were only enough towels for four. The couch bed also didn’t have any bedding prepared, so we had to call to request it. Unfortunately, getting assistance wasn’t easy—reception often took over 20 minutes to answer the phone, and when we did get through, it took more than three hours for towels and bedding to be delivered. We also experienced an issue with the hot water tank in our room, which stopped working and required a visit from the maintenance team to turn it back on. While the issue was eventually resolved, it added to the inconvenience. On a positive note, the rooms themselves are very well-designed and spacious, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay was rainy, so we didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Overall, while the accommodations have great potential, the service delays and maintenance issues significantly impacted our experience."

"Me gusta hospedarme en Rossen porque las habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpias. El lugar tiene seguridad, el ambiente es cómodo y silencioso, se puede dormir tranquilamente. El staff es atento y amable por el momento no he tenido problemas. Este hotel es mi favorito ya que tiene una buena ubicación, hay de todo cerca."

"My room had a balcony overlooking the beach. Beautiful view. The rooms were old and very dusty. Didn't seem clean except for the clean sheets. Bathroom had hair everywhere from the previous guest. Not worth the money when there are plenty of other hotels on the strip. Continental breakfast not includedand was $32 if you wanted it. Valet fee, resort fee..soo many fees for an old outdated room. Picture advertised was not accurate. There was no thermostat in the room to control the AC. We were extremely cold. Definitely would not recommend this resort."

"I was never told that I would be charged $50 a night to valet per vehicle. The only alternative parking is way across the street & it’s $35 in a garage. The valet lost my friends Jeep & her keys. They spent well over 2 hours trying to find it. We were suppose to be at an event, but never made it. Our room was never cleaned, never brought clean towels etc. The shower didn’t work. There was mold on the vent in the bathroom over the shower. If you’re expecting to come & go quickly from this hotel. DONT! You have to wait for ever to get an elevator. I will never stay here again & have made sure my other friends know how horrible this hotel is as well."
