Room was clean, staff I had met,(housekeeping) extremely kind,socialble, I really like how there's a choice how to pay,card,cash, don't always have card to use,or do to much use,bank puts hold,(over wknds), convient location,Sam's club short distant walk, several convient gas stations,IHOP next door, Dollar general & McDs, 3 min., away... Something that would be extremely helpful,if on a 3rd nt or more stay,a certain discount percentage, especially for those of us on limited monthly income &/or displaced from a permanent home at the time, getting $50 deposit back at checkout is a big Tk you, as for animal deposit a bit expensive,I don't believe there should be a daily fee for animals, especially since already paid deposit, that extra money can help us ppl to eat...The rate offered ntly is cheapest around that I've come across,Tk you again for that curtisouy, .. hope this has been helpful

Felt like a crack house and the rooms had no toiletries no towels furniture was pulled off the walls floors were dirty and felt almost sticky / slimy check in took me almost a hour because there was a line on how slow the 1 person that was at the desk

This was, by far, the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom, shower especially, was filthy! This room did not have any hot water & they said that they didnt have any available rooms to put us in. The bottom of the pool was covered in brown algee. When I checked out, I asked the gentleman if he was the manager and he said "why, was there a problem?" I told him about how dirty our room was & the no hot water. He did not say 1 word to me, just handed me my receipt.

No one should be staying here. This property should be shut down until it meets basic health and cleanliness standards. We refused to stay in the room. It was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned after the previous guest. The furniture was out of place as if it had never been reset. You could feel dirt and grime under your shoes. There were bugs in the bed and a large cockroach on the floor. To make matters worse, the on-duty desk manager was outside smoking which was acceptable to them. This was not a minor inconvenience. The room was completely unsanitary and uninhabitable. Stay far away.

I didn’t even stay. I walked into the room and the Mold was unbelievably. I left and slept in my truck. If this is the type of places you are offering, I will never use you again.

The lobby smells like a septic system leaking. The room didn't smell much better. The room was filthy and there were dead bugs in the bed, lots of tiny ants. We had to sleep in light long sleeve and pants and socks so we did not touch the sheets, as we were afraid of bed bugs. My wife woke up with tiny ants in her shoes. I took a video but i cant upload it here. What a waste of $60. I would rather pay more to stay in a decent place.

Tried to get to switch to a non-smoking room but was advised they were all booked. It did not appear as there were no more than 1/4 of the rooms booked. The floor was dirty No refrigerator, no clock, no TV guide, no luggage stand. A fold up chair was the only seating available. You get what you pay for - cheap, cheap, cheap!!! Not impressed at all.

Staff was fantastic! The room on the other hand was not so fantastic. It looks like the curtains could be washed or something because there were some mysterious stains on them that I didn’t want to touch. The bathroom door hinges creaked so loud I thought the someone was running a saw when my grandson tried to close the door. I did manage to spray it with my leave-in conditioner and stopped it temporarily. The bed didn’t look like it would be comfortable nor the pillows but I was so tired every night that I slept very comfortably. It could be updated and there were a few sketchy people staying near us that seemed like they were living there but I didn’t have any problems with anyone. I didn’t see any bugs in my room. It would have been nice to have a fridge and somewhere to sit our suitcases. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Unfortunately, our stay fell far below acceptable standards. We had two rooms, and the heat was not functioning in either; the temperature was 61 degrees when we woke up. The bed sheets were stained, there was no hot water, and the showers and bathrooms were unsanitary. Additionally, guests were smoking marijuana outside our rooms, which was disruptive and inappropriate. Due to these conditions, we checked out first thing the next morning.
