The place was more like a motel than a hotel. It had no access to drinking water, the lobby smelled like mold and cigaretttes, I felt unsafe walking out of my room as a woman.

L'humidité dans la chambre était à un niveau tel que le plancher était mouillé en permanence. C'était dangeureux de glisser. La couverture sur le lit était brûlée à plusieurs endroits et les draps étaient terriblement humides. Après avoir fait le check-out, impossible de retourner à la salle de bain.

I recently stayed at the Budget Inn in Cocoa Beach, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The property looked nothing like the photos advertised online. What was shown as clean and inviting turned out to be quite the opposite in person. The room was not properly maintained—there was a noticeable odor as soon as we walked in, and the floors, bathroom, and bedding did not appear clean. It felt uncomfortable to even settle in. The furniture looked worn out and outdated, and overall, the space gave the impression that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. In addition, the condition of the property did not reflect what you would expect from the listing. It was misleading and honestly frustrating, especially after choosing this place based on the pictures. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. There is a big difference between what is advertised and what you actually get.

Rooms could have been cleaner. Felt "muggy" in the room but we are not used to humidity so maybe that is normal. The tile floors were moist and a bit slippery in the morning. Beds were comfortable. Staff was great!

This was the nastiest place I ve ever stayed in my very long life, felt grimy and nasty, but I guess you get what you pay for, this place should have been closed years ago, I slept about 2 hours and woke up and couldn’t wait to out of there

The room we were in really needed updating. Some of what looked like black grime on the bathroom floor, door, and shower curtain and edges of the room may have been discolored from age but just looked like dirt and grime. The bathroom door was warped and difficult to close because it scraped across the floor. The small bedside table, desk, and chest of drawers had warped and cracking on the tops in several areas. The mirrors were cloudy and old with spots as well. Good things: -great shower and water pressure ( but no shelves to put soap/ shampoo in the stall). -easy self parking right outside our room. -toilet and sink very clean and worked well. -friendly and kind staff. -excellent price.

Super clean for as run down as the property is. Broken and rusty lamps, some mold on the ceiling. Toilet ran all night and leaked...had to keep a towel around it. Bed was comfortable, and, as I said, the room was very clean. Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.
