I saw cockroaches on the floor so it was not 100% clean. And the area feels unsafe.

Staff seemed nice. Though the room was NASTY. There were 2 HUGE stains on the bed. Along with the pillow they clearly do not care to wash or replace the sheets. Towels are not even provided for the shower. Along with the sink being dirty and the shower being absolutely disgusting. Defiantly needs to be redone as there is chipping in the shower stains just overall looks nasty. The WORST part is the fact there was small ROACHES running around the room there are SO many and come out through the walls and under the bed. Felt so nasty I had to bring my own comforter to sleep. Not clean and disgusting feels uncomfortable to sleep in.

The shower was torn apart for one. The worst part was finding a meth pipe by the phone. If I could add pictures I would. Avoid this place at all cost.

I arrived to the property and instantly didn’t feel safe. I had to go and get my own cleaning products to deep clean the room because it had a very strong odor of cigarettes and other substances and pepper spray for my safety.I came across 4 spiders on my first night and felt so unsafe I decided to stay with a friend. I came back the next day during my stay and still felt unsafe with random men staring while I came in and out of my room and on multiple occasions stood near my door and walked back and forth. I was so terrified i decided to leave from the hotel early and booking a room at a different place where it was safer and cleaner. I asked the hotel if I could get a refund for the days I didn’t stay there and the front desk told me the general manager wouldn’t be back until the following week. I still have yet to hear anything back from the property about a refund or about my horrible experience so I won’t be booking here again. Aside from the experience, the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

Bathroom smelled of either sewage or weed when we first arrived. First night, a mixture of tenants and possibly loiterers were making a large ruckus that made it hard to sleep. The second night was much better in comparison as it was quiet. Wall light fixtures appeared loose and almost fell on my travel partner. Interior security guard was coming slightly loose from the door, thankfully the main lock was functional. Didn't see any bugs or bed bugs during our stay, which was a plus given previous reviews. The staff that I interacted with seemed nice, and made effort to make us aware of best places to park.
