The hotel was OK, but nothing has been done to repair the damage from the huge plumbing leak they had some years ago. The hotel is definitely dated and needs renovating. We had no problems with our pets, did not use the fitness center.

Nous étions ici pour 10 jours. Le menu du déjeuner était délicieux et très varié. La suite était parfaite. Il y a eu un bris de tuyau au plafond avec accumulation d'eau partout sur les planchers... L'hôtel nous pris tout de suite à charge et nous ont offert une suite de même catégorie avec cuisine et salon. Ils nous ont même offert que nous lavons nos vêtements sur place et ce à leur frais. Le Personnel est très chaleureux et à l'écoute de ses clients. Très grand stationnement inclus. Très bel endroit, calme, invitant avec plusieurs extra à l'extérieur. Je vous le recommande sans hésiter.

We stayed a week and the last three days the room was not serviced at all. Had to ask for towels 2 times. Elevator right beside our room was out of service for 3 days. Other elevator was down the hallway quite a way down the hall. Breakfast was mediocre and most of the time several items were cold.We will not be staying there again and would not recommend it to anyone. Eating places are too far away from the hotel.

The listing mentioned a Hot Tub on site, however there is no Hot Tub. We booked a King Suite but only received 2 double beds. The bathroom was in horrible condition - the light didn't always work, the toilet didn't always flush and there were blood stains on the wall and tub. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

10 nights we stayed only 1 time they did full service on the room and because I complain 3 times. Dishwasher was broken, the kitchen had 1 pot 1 pan, dishes all uneven. I had to go to the front desk every time to ask for toilet paper and towels otherwise we wouldn’t have what we needed. The room had a pee smell in the bedroom that wouldn’t go away and finalize the experience with a tick in the bed. Breakfast look good, sadly 1 hr before it was suppose to end there wasn’t much left and according to the lady running it, she wasn’t allow to do more food since the “quote of the day” was gone. We only had few options of bagels and oatmeal.

Rooms were patched up all over. Closet door fell off nearly cut my finger. Paint and walls were mismatched paint and it was not Hilton level. Amazing area which surprised us. We wanted a place close to stay after the parks close to the airport in Sanford for an early flight. Luckily we were too sleepy and tired to notice the details with much care.

Most categories apply to the lack of trash pickup; outside containers were overflowing with trash all around on the ground. Indoor containers near elevators were overflowing the 2 days we we were there. When we checked in to our room about 4 pm, someone had set the thermostat to 60; as we were expecting cold weather that night I set the system to heat @ 74 while we were out for dinner. When we returned about 9 pm the room was still less than 70 so I reported it the front desk, no action was taken. We retired about 11 pm and the room was still not warm so we found a blanket in the closet and added it to the bed. The following morning, the room was only 70 so I again reported it to the front desk - "We don't have anyone on duty to check into it". There are no instructions on how to use the cooktop in the kitchenette, never did get it to come on.
