His service was so smooth and genuine, it honestly felt like we were being taken care of by someone who truly cares about the brand and the people who walk through the doors.

"Nice, clean rooms. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They have an excellent complimentary breakfast and there are also good dining options at walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Location right next to I-4 is also very convenient."
"We booked this room for a wedding ceremony. We stayed for 3 days. The room we stayed in was great. The pillows were ok, but I recommend better pillows. There was some minor damage to a cabinet in our room and we advised the desk attendant of the damage. "
