「Room 163: the door does not lock. The toilet paper holder is dangling from the wall, which has small divots dug out of it. There is a bit of discoloration around the tub. The staff willingly gave us another room. Inside door latches/chains have been removed and painted over. The room interiors are dimly lit, with walls painted battleship gray except where they've been scarred or patched. Cleanliness is fine. The interior courtyard rooms are surprisingly quiet. 「Asked for 30 minutes to complete a meeting after checkout which was met with a hard no as they need the room. I sat in the parking lot for over a hour while the room remained empty. No customer service.」

Great place if you want to stay close to Universal Parks, Indian restaurants - Bawarchi, Tamara, also really close to Ripley's Believe it or Not, Madam Tussades, Titanic, etc. Shopping areas are also close by. There is complimentary breakfast and swimming pool. Also, Mariana from staff was very helpful.」
