"Room was not clean when checked in, got hair under the table, not well cleaned"

"It was a large property not far from Disney and close to stores and gas stations if you need to run out for anything. The staff were friendly. The water park was enjoyable and there were multiple pools. The resort food and drinks were expensive, and they needed more lounge chairs near the pools. The property was definitely showing signs of wear and tear. Check in was at 4 but our room was not ready. We waited in the lobby until 5:30 before we were finally given a room key. When we got to the room, it was not properly cleaned. We asked for house keeping to return and finish cleaning a few things while we ran to the store but upon returning we found all they did was come empty the kitchen trash. Luckily we had bought our own cleaning supplies and finished the job. The room also had a terrible smell of mold and mildew. We didn't notice it at first due to the cleaners having been there, but it was strong the next morning. We would have asked to switch rooms if we had been staying more than just a couple days. We got a 2 bed, 2 bath condo and it was very spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very large and there was plenty of seating out in the main area. Also, there was a large balcony, which we enjoyed. We could also see some of the Disney fireworks from our balcony. Overall, it is a good property for families and has a lot of potential, but needs some work. I felt that the coat was too high for the experience we got. "

"Our room was pool/ beach front gulf view . Room was clean. Easy access for kids to use the pool. Love this resort. There are so many fun activities. Dan the manager and his staff were exceptional! They are a great asset to this resort."

"As much as I wanted to love this hotel, it is a high-end hotel. We had a lot of issues when we arrived. I had placed a bid to upgrade our room to a one bedroom suit, and when we landed in Miami, I got a notification that our bid was approved and that we were gonna be upgraded , but when we checked in they had no idea about our bid being approved. There was a lot of back-and-forth between the manager and the front desk and they told us that they don’t have the one bedroom suites available, even though they had said we won the bid. Then I asked for a rollaway bed which I had by the way emailed them before our arrival and asked them to save a rollaway bed and they assured me that they would have roll away beds and not to worry, but when we got here there they had no rollaway beds Available. they gave us a room at the Tresor Tower when we got to the building. There was a long line to get on the elevator, which was strange. We had to wait 20 minutes to get on the elevator to go up to our rooms . Once we got to our room the first two days of stay we couldn’t get an elevator in that tower so we had to take the stairs from the ninth floor going up and down. Having had knee-surger, that was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel.then they call me and tell me they have a rollaway bed available but when we got back to our room at midnight , no rollaway bed ! We had to share a bed and sofa!"

"We had issues with someone throwung things from a 6th floor balcony, one being a frozen bottle of water. Security couldn't do anything and Osceola police were usless. "
