I always stay at Westgate Resort Town Center when I'm in Orlando. I use to be an owner. So much has been upgraded since I have been there in 2022. I love the upgraded game room, Mexican restaurant and Sids. The rooms of course are always clean and tidy and customer service always top-tier

Room was okay. Apparently they don’t come clean your room or bring you new towels unless you stay there for more than 2 weeks at a time. Also an extra fee $25/pp to use the waterpark (it was a nice waterpark, my 5 year old enjoyed it). When we got there, we were greeted by someone who talked to us about getting free water park tickets, and free breakfast. Come to find out it’s if you do the 90 minute tour and conference about buying a timeshare (not feasible with a 5 year old),otherwise breakfast was not available. Room smelt off and did not having any ventilation system so we had to open the windows and turn on the ceiling fan when we were in the room. There was a washer and dryer outside of our room which was a nice surprise. Unsure if we would stay here again.
