"Chloe at the font desk and Nathan at the pool bar were awesome. Hotel location is perfect!"

"The property was extremely tired and run down. The door lock of the 1st room we were assigned stuck and would not open without several attempts using both hands. We drew a line when we were inside the room and the door would not open, effectively locking us in inside. We asked and where given a 2nd room. The shower in that room had a leak at the wall so that when you turned the shower tap on, it sprayed water like a fountain up over the show curtain all over the bathroom, pooling puddles of water that leaked into the bedroom. We had to use a towel to cover the leak. The refrigerator also did not work at all and so items in the refrigerator was room temperature. The staff were good in relocating us but the property is tired and badly needs maintenance. "

"In desperate need of renovation, at least a replacement of carpet and upholstery. Still the same after 30 years. Our pillows had such a strong odour coming from them that I needed to ask for new pillows. Room smells unpleasant, and so do the carpeted hallways. We booked through Hotels.com and got, what we thought, was one of the worst rooms in the “deluxe “ category. Staff very friendly and good room service. "

"Excellent hotel and staff, in a great location. I’ve stayed at The Grace several times over the years and wouldn’t consider anywhere else in Sydney. My only comments are that the mattress was too soft and hard on my back. I don’t usually get back issues. Would also be nice to have a couch, as there’s plenty of room, and a second dining chair. "
