The property is undergoing a refurb which means some areas are closed ie pool & gym. The rooms are good, clean & well presented and the staff are very helpful. There was nothing we found to complain about. We would certainly recommend this property.
It was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, it was nice and quiet, it was central to walk into the city, and the Vic Market. I was really happy with our stay except our room was really noisy. There seemed to have been a washing machine or something going throughout our stay and it was really loud. For a budget hotel is such a fabulous location this is just great value. Very clean, efficient and friendly. Walk to Southern Cross station and trans to the Mall. Just across the bridge is Southbank.
Price was very reasonable and a great spot for drinks and food if you don't want to go out.
It is a very nice hotel and can't be beaten for convenience. It is where we stay when we are flying in or out of Melbourne
