"We recently stayed at View Melbourne Hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore Melbourne and access nearby attractions. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The team kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in, which we truly appreciated after our journey. They also made the room transfer process smooth and hassle-free when we needed to change rooms, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was well-maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel had a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and happy to assist with anything we needed. We were extremely happy with our stay. The excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and attention to our needs made for a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay at View Melbourne Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne."
