「Good experience」

「Location is really good and accessible to train and tram station. The room is not as tidy or clean as I have expected from the photos. Overall still ok to recommend for staying.」

「Good」

「The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram station just right in front of the main entrance. Lots of dining choices within 5 minutes walking distance. The overall maintenance of the premises is good, the high-speed WiFi service is unbeatable. The only two complaints are perhaps the (a bit) unstable supply of hot shower water, and the reading light in the master bed room couldn’t be fixed due to lack of spare parts. But in sum, a nice stay with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff.」

「Second time staying at this hotel. Good location and it offers things you need as service apartment (except no pan in the kitchen). There is no reception now so you have to search the key box yourself. Luckily a cleansing staff so helpful offering me a great help on taking the room key.」

「房間清潔很差床單上面有污跡同埋毛髮。退房冇Dropbox。」

「空間大 地點周邊環境購物吃東西都方便」

「Was in an excellent location - supermarkets and cafes nearby. Clean with massive and comfy bed」

「A hotel with excellent value for money. We arrived at the hotel around 8 am and were allowed early check-in. The hotel's location is superb, about a 15-minute walk to Central Station. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Melbourne.」

「The room is clean. There is also washing machines in your room which is very good. We didn’t cook but we can see those cutlery and equipment for cooking are all there. There is also take away restaurant opening until 4am near the hotel so you don’t need to worry about food if you come at midnight like us.」
