The location was excellent, walking distance to shops, Southbank, Victoria Markets, theatre. Opposite Hardware lane with restaurants, bars etc. The room was clean and comfortable although a couple of us found the beds uncomfortable but I found mine fine.Would definitely recommend staying here.

Property lovely and clean. Well presented..needed a few things. Drawers , more coat hangers, hooks in the bathroom, a few utensils eg bottle opener. We wouldnt pay for a balcony again as plants dead..cigarette butts in planter. No real outlook. We really enjoyed our stay and it was nice abd central. Many eateries and close public transport. Apartment is clean, but dated. Stained carpets that makes it look like it was never cleaned / vacuumed. Bedroom is so small that door cannot be closed because the queen size bed stops it from closing. Staff is helpful. Good location.

We asked to move floors from Level 5 as you could hear the road noise - we paid for an upgrade to Level 17 and it was no better. You can hear the lift going up and down and Club Retro is right opposite on Lonsdale St which goes until 5am on Fri/Sat nights. It's probably not too bad if you're staying in the week but not a good option for weekends. The staff were helpful. We had a two bed apartment for 4 people and they only gave us one toilet roll - when we asked for more, they gave us one!
