This is a great hotel. Fabulous rooms with so many thoughtful features. We couldn’t fault it. Add the fact that it houses Melbourne’s best new restaurant Marmelo, makes this a perfect stay!!
Stunning new hotel situated in a great end of town. Beautiful, stylish rooms and amazing roof top bar/restaurant. Lovely friendly staff

Amazing Hotel
Celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary at this new hotel. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, one of the best I've stayed in. Check in was easy, very polite and helpful staff, rooms were exquisite. The bar and restaurants attached to the hotel were also fantastic, all with excellent service.
We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was a breeze, with Liam being so friendly and helpful, not to mention the fact that we had been upgraded! The room was gorgeous and we made good use of the bathtub. The only blemish on our stay was the fact that the Chromecast didn’t work, however that wasn’t enough to ruin the trip (by a long way). Will return!
Really cool modern property, only can access the floor you're staying on and common areas so great for safety. The only odd thing was the open-concept floor plan - no door for the bathroom! It's tucked away behind a wall so still private from the bed but no door. Otherwise beautiful decor and felt upscale for a moderate price. Comfortable bed and pillows, great shower.
Stayed with a friend to catch up and have dinner nearby. Beautiful rooms with clever architectural details. Shower had porthole window to enjoy city views. Free minibar except for the alcohol. Art in common areas beautiful. I’ll be back because it’s a gorgeous space in a great location. Expect usual city noise though.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Lighting terrible. Both in room but particularly the bathroom. No thought given to women putting make up on.
Pleasant helpful staff
Was very impressed with this hotel- particularly as it’s currently in a lower price point.
The deal with Wilson’s parking is very convenient and a great deal.
The only comment I’d make, which is minor, is that the pillows are a little flat and the doona cover is very thin. However you can adjust your own heating and cooling in the room.
Another suggestion is to request a room away from the lift as you can very clearly hear people in the hallway coming and going.
Oh, and bring your own make up mirror as the lighting in the rooms are very moody.
Fantastic hotel. Very stylish vibe! Would stay again

Liked: Cleanliness
Room was clean and tidy, hotel seemed a little basic and boring. Given time, the hotel will date quite quickly due to the finishes and fixtures. The location is ok, but not near any major restaurants or cafes. The King room was quite small given it was meant to be larger than a queen room. I’d hate to see how small the Queen was.
Good boutique art hotel. The standard King Room was really beautiful and comfortable. Comfy beds and pillows, nice rain shower. Probably more like a 4.5 star hotel than 5.
We were celebrating our anniversary and hotel sent an email but didn’t follow through on crm. Staff very attentive and friendly but it lacked a little bit of that special vibe we have felt in other Melbourne hotels.
Food and drinks were great in all venues, although being charged $6 for a small glass of sparkling water in Marmelo was a negative experience.
If you have an iPhone you won’t be able to cast to the tv so no option for movies, just tv. Wifi sketchy as well.
We stayed in a room close to elevators, the rooms are not soundproof, being on level 4 we could hear people partying on the street outside QT on Sunday morning but hey that’s Melbourne. You can hear the lift. Recommend a higher floor or request being on the wing.
Beautiful big windows with a window sleep, a shame they didn’t think to put a cushion on the hardwood. Overall 4/5, good, attentive friendly staff
