Clean, modern and spacious vineyard accommodation in the heart of the Yarra Valley wine region; Hazel is an accommodating and friendly host who was always on the ball to attend to our inquiries and needs; beautiful and picturesque scenery around the property; stayed for 3 nights without breaking the bank; I would love to stay here again and escape the hustle and bustle of the city!

The room was clean and the air-conditioning was on when we arrived. Nice little communal kitchen too. Only issue, we received a very detailed text (perhaps a little too detailed for an emergency) at 9pm saying there was an issue with the water and maintenance were coming out. However, there was a tanker truck in the car park which was, I assume, filling up with water as our room had no water pressure, just a trickle. If that's the case, just say the farmers need water for half an hour, we realise we're staying on a working vineyard 😀 Lovely place, would stay again.

Yarra Valley Is De'Vine

De'Vine Escape is a very nice place to stay with the usual 3-4 star comforts in a very nice setting. Great location for Yarra Valley. Easy contactless check in.

We stayed a night for a wedding nearby so did not have much time to explore the area. Very fuss free entry and exit, staff were responsive when contacted with queries. Pretty expensive for a basic sort of accommodation, but I put it down to being located at Yarra Valley.

Outside the rooms the building is tired, no face washers and bed was hard, some may prefer that though. The grounds & area is amazing but needs some TLC. Host was hospitable. Room was large and clean as was bath room.

We arrived late so only saw the property the next morning before we left. What we saw looked great. Check in was easy especially as it was dark. Communication with the host was great. Facilities were great, especially the huge shower head. The only thing I would have liked were more kitchen facilities eg a toaster and bowls. Overall it was lovely and we would definitely stay again.

Convenient, Warm and Clean

On a freezing day in the Yarra Valley, we appreciated the thoughtfulness of turning the heating on before we arrived. We walked into some much needed warmth. The room was spotless and neat upon arrival. Some small improvements would be: some hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes and some plates and extra cutlery. The location was so convenient to Fergussons Winery for a good wine tasting and their lovely truffle dinner in the evening.

The room is really spacious and better than our expectation. Super comfy bed with enough firmness (I like firm mattresses). Good soundproofing between rooms. Squeaky door is the only noisy thing though. Nice quiet area with a few wineries around and just a short drive to Healesville town centre. I wish there are dining options but I understand this is a self-serve accommodation.

Only a fraction of a toilet roll provided. Little kid from next room wandered in during the evening, whilst we were undressed. We weren’t aware the door wasn’t self locking. He tried again later when it was locked. Cupboard under vanity hadn’t been cleaned. Shower was good, towels clean and bed was comfortable.

Lovely property a short walk from Fergusson winery where we were guests for a wedding. Shared kitchen/laundry area onsite which is handy if you need to prepare breakfast /meal. Rooms were clean. Unfortunately there was a large group the day before our stay and our room was not ready by check in time. I only had 45minutes to get ready for the wedding as well as my 2 boys who were page boys. Not ideal.
