Op wandelafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Airco/verwarming maakte best veel lawaai, stond erg koud en kon niet uitgezet worden (centrale regeling voor heel het gebouw).

前台職員很友善，也很幫忙。地理位置很方便。 這次住的是單人房，房間大小足夠一個人住，也有足夠位置開行李。房間有很大的窗，陽光充足。可是隔音很差，晚上會有很嘈吵的汽車聲，週末附近舉辦活動也會很嘈吵。另外被鋪就是一張床單上面蓋上一張薄薄的藍色毯子，不夠保暖，睡覺時總是覺得很冷。 洗手間及浴室要跟同層共用，一天會清潔五次，剛好遇到剛剛清潔完的浴室是乾淨的，可是有人用完難免會滿地水印、頭髮和紙巾碎。部份浴室企缸並沒有位置可以放置洗澡用品。 有提供毛巾和風筒，但是應該要去問前台借用。本來不知道就帶了自己的。整體來說，在墨爾本要住相對便宜的，這個也算是不錯的選擇。

Very courteous staff and willing to answer all sorts of questions. Cleaning staff do a wonderful job, often cleaning up the mess made by the clients!! Didn't like people smoking on the kitchen deck. Rather expensive but seems thats the way of the world right now. Great location. Was curious about the lack of compostable bins. All in all I felt safe and taken well care of. Suzanne

This property is listed as a hotel. It has hotel in the name. I booked a room with a queen bed. I arrive to find out it’s a hostel operating under the guise of being a hotel. Kids under 16 years old running around everywhere, bunk bed shared rooms loud at all hours, but for some reason I had reception come to my room twice for noise complaints because of music playing on my phone? Not sure how you can have a private room but not actually be private at all. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a “hotel” in all my years of travel. If their name was space “hostel” I wouldn’t have stayed here. This feel fraudulent and I was conned into a terrible experience in Melbourne. Please take this property off of Expedia, leave it on Hostelworld

Everything works perfectly as always. Best set up. The silly young groups difficult und messy at times. My Medical Restrictions were completely forgotten this time, which led to unpleasant event. I've Always written them up front in the requests. And I had to tell a "supervisor" who came and stood over my head and started quarreling with guy trying to work, that she could do it outside the room. An experienced Manager has left, and things a little erratic & unprotected since. Unfortunate.

Great overnight stay and free breaky (Sundays) was a bonus. Lovely staff. The heaters are some what noisy but not enough to keep you up at night and they heated the rooms well. Very convenient location

Es un ligar agradable y perfecta vista desde la azotea. Tiene espacios muy bien definidos. El gym, el cine, y la cocina. Aparte los baños son individuales, eso lo hace más cómodo y limpio. ♥️ Estuve en una habitación semiprivada de 4 camas. Fue cómodo y agradable.
