"Our stay at the Carlton was more than what we were expecting, from the friendliness of the staff on the desks to the ladies cleaning our room. Very convenient for walking to the popular tourist spots, the hop on hop off bus stops were close by. Directly opposite Raffles hotel for the history buffs. Great location all round. "

"This was my 2nd time staying at Prince Hotel, and like last time, I was very happy with the overall service! Mr. Kevin Lam assisted me with the check-in process as well as the dinner reservation. He was pleasant, friendly and helpful! Once I reached my hotel room, he even made a courtesy call and asked if I was satisfied with my room! I loved the ocean view, the cleanliness, and the spacious bathroom! There were lots of storage space in the room. I liked the open closet! One of the best things about Prince Hotel is the generous counter space in the bathroom. Also, the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), slippers, soap, and toothbrush were high quality. Savvy, the hotel restaurant, offered a fantastic buffet experience! ALL the staff, including the receptionist, manager, waiters/waitresses, and chefs, were very nice and cheerful! Their service was exceptional! One of the waiters even recognized me (he delivered orders to my hotel room in August last year)! The food selection and quality were exceptional! I enjoyed everything! I had the most wonderful time! Thank you for such an unforgettable memory! I ordered room service twice afterwards, and Savvy never disappointed me! The delivery was quick, the waiter was courteous, and the food was tasty! The check-out process was also a breeze! The bell boy was also very helpful and professional! Thank you for everything! "

"I would highly recommend accommodation at The Kowloon Hotel. Although the room was a little compact, it was clean and was serviced daily by friendly staff. The reception staff were efficient and very helpful. Great location close to shopping, food outlets and walking distance to night markets, Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong Museum of Arts and other tourist attractions. I definitely recommend The Kowloon Hotel if you're travelling and staying in Hong Kong."

"Amazing hotel in prime location with easy access to the marina area. Stayed a few times and it never disappoints. Staff cannot do enough to help and are always around. My only advise is to pay extra for a marina view room (views at night are amazing) over and above the city view where views may be limited. "

"The hotel is located perfectly, very close to subway and airport bus, and a block away from Victoria Harbour. Hotel has various dining and snack venues. The lobby is decorated tastely. One morning we experienced lukewarm shower water. Maybe because high usage at that time point, but it should not happen for this higher end hotel. I don’t find any maps or information for nearby dining , shopping in the lobby or room. This could provide convenience for guests."
