"A few broken items. Low desk chair not adjustable and toilet flush buttons broken but was still flushable."

"Need to work on the water heater, it took a long time to get just luke warm water from either the shower or the tub. "

"Elevators were undergoing repairs but we were never notified. Only option we were given was a 4th floor room and when asked for a room on a lower level we were told that the the 4th floor was the only option even though the parking lot was had few vehicles in it. "

"A budget no frills hotel. 25 - 30 minute walk to Castro Street dining venues, short walk across El Camino Real to grocery stores and easy access to CA 85 freeway. Despite being on normally busy El Camino Real, surprising little traffic noise between 10 PM and 6 AM. A big plus Peet's Coffee available at 6 AM in Lobby. "

"Older looking property from the outside but all the rooms have clearly been renovated. Parking can be a bit tough if it is crowded. Location is good. Staff was friendly but not very interactive. Breakfast was subpar with just some cereal and toast but it was OK. Rooms were clean. Overall, good value in the area and if you want to support local, this will give you the same basic amenities and rooms as the chain places down the street"
