「Liked the area but cabin was left to be desired. No screens on windows, bathroom window had a bedsheet as a curtain. The balcony was dirty. Description were not accurate」

「Arrived at check-in time and were told that our cabin wasn't cleaned. How is that possible if check-out is 11:00 and check-in is at 4:00? The attendant took our phone number and promised to call when it was ready. Long story short - we arrived back at 5:30 and were given our keys at the kiosk. Paperwork showed that they had received keys from cleaning at 4:40 and didn't call us to let us know our cabin was ready. Very poor initial impression of the registration/check-in process.」

「The property is beautiful and well maintained. Amenities are excellent and the staff is very nice, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!」

「Disappointed with the lack of aesthetics at the pool and it was filthy. Lots of floating dead bees, mosquitos, and other insects. Also, the water spigot at our site was dispensing brown water. And our site had a sewer lid where you can smell the stench」

「We had a great time in the cabin. It was well stocked, had a nice layout, and was bigger than expected. The bunk bed are creatively placed and reminiscent of a cubby hole. The property is undergoing upgrades to the public restrooms so it will be even better soon. 」
