I tore a ligament and needed a wheelchair and they provided it, they were attentive about any need for extra pillows or assistance, etc. I will be staying here whenever we travel to San Francisco."

"We had a fantastic stay at citizenM in San Francisco. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The common living area was one of my favorite parts — modern, cozy, and perfect for relaxing or hanging out after exploring the city. The rooms are definitely on the small side, but they’re smartly designed and have everything you need. We didn’t spend much time in them anyway, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, I’d highly recommend citizenM for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-run hotel in the heart of San Francisco."
