Staff at check in was SUPER slow and only one person working. There was a regular line to check in. All of our 6 rooms smelled badly.

The exterior of the property needs more care. Dog owners do not clean up and there is litter in the pool area and landscaping.

We enjoy our yearly stay at Best Western and love the continental breakfast, amicable staff, and cleanliness of property. It is most quiet but this time around we stayed in room 206 right next to the elevator and unfortunately heard every person going to, waiting and/or coming out of the elevator. Every morning we were awoken by conversations by cleaning staff prepping to clean rooms, not their fault. May I suggest putting a strip sound barrier at the bottom of the door. We stayed 4 nights arrived on Thursday cleaning staff did not clean room the Saturday therefore were in need of towels and toilet paper that evening upon arrival & were not happy when we asked for additional towels my husband was told they had no more, however were able to provide him 2 which was ok. Please check that there is enough toilet paper on the roll. Other than that we do look forward to returning next year for our yearly 3-day BottleRock Concert.

The property was ok, but when we checked there were no towels and washcloths in the room. When we requested them they did not have some of the items available. We did receive them later that evening. There was also a large bug in our bathroom.

The property is located close to a shopping center and several restaurants. I had two rooms reserved, one with two Queen beds and one with a King bed. When we checked in and went to our rooms, we had been given two rooms with double beds. Staff claimed that Expedia made the mistake. I showed her proof of the correct rooms. She stated there were none available. Expedia staff then were informed and they tried to call the clerk, she placed them on hold for over 30 minutes and never answered the call. We arrived early in the afternoon when many of the quests had not arrived, yet Esther stated that there were no available rooms other than what we had been assigned. She continued to blame Expedia and showed litte concern for our situation.
