"Most of the free e-bikes were broken. Excuse that it is a third-party vendor responsibility is not acceptable if you charge $30 a day amenities fee. Service is adequate but uninspired. Check in was not as easy as it should be. A microwave was brought to my room but person just handed it to me at the door. 5-15 rule doesn’t seem to apply to most of the staff. Not the level of service I expected by a Marriott property."

"Located close to downtown Napa, close to Uptown theater. It is great for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk worker is great, very knowledgeable about the area and businesses. There is a pool, but I did not get the opportunity to use it. I will definitely go back to stay."

"The staff were very helpful and professional, so kind to resolve our concerns. Also they give us wineries recommendations. We definitely decided to return to this hotel because is only 10 minutes away from Napa downtown and easy to access to the winery testing. Special thanks to Taylor and Jeffry. We highly recommend this hotel"
