"Super nice facility. Staff was very helpful when I needed to check in and also when I needed them to hold my luggage after I checked out. I would love to stay here again!"

"The guy at the check in counter was rude. He just handed us the key card and said nothing. Not what the room number was or which floor we were on. When I asked him he was so rude responding that the room number was written on the back. The walls are paper thin. We had kids screaming and running around next door to our room and above us. Luckily that mostly stopped after 10pm. Now for the positive. The bell man was do kind and helpful. The heads were actually comfortable and the pillows were decent. The shower had amazing water pressure and the room was clean. Checkout was easy. It was however a ridiculous amount of money for what you got."

"Very convenient location and well maintained hotel. Unfortunately our first room had a broken heater and we had to switch rooms because the temperature was dropping even more. Staff accommodated this swiftly with no issues. The walk from the garage to lobby was a bit inconvenient for someone with a kid."

"Gorgeous historic hotel, top notch amenities. Stuff is very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is very good. One thing to know - not all rooms are equally well located and appointed. Our room central AC was broken, and portable AC unit was very noisy. We asked to move to a different room, which was much better but had windows with frosted glass for privacy. Do inquire ahead of time to make sure you are booking a good room."
