"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is in a great location, and we loved the nearby Mexican restaurant. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a small bottle of wine and a bag of caramel popcorn, which was a nice touch.
The complimentary continental breakfast on our first morning was exceptional. The food was well served, and the service was outstanding. The bartender that evening was also very friendly and conversational. We ordered a coffee nightcap, and they went above and beyond to make it just right.
The only downside was breakfast service the following morning. The waitress seemed pleasant at first, but after we mentioned that we were using the complimentary continental breakfast, her attitude changed. The service felt rushed, we weren't offered refills on our coffee, and the overall experience wasn't nearly as welcoming as the day before.
Overall, we loved the hotel, its location, and the excellent service from most of the staff. Aside from that one breakfast experience, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return."
