"We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The amenities were great, the food at the lounge was delicious, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay very enjoyable.
The only downside was that the TV kept losing its connection about every 10 minutes, which was a bit frustrating when trying to relax and watch something. Other than that minor issue, everything else was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"
