"The stunning view and lobby is what I like most! Plus the cleanliness and space of the rooms makes the stay worthwhile. Very walkable spot going to stations.. Glad we are able to stay! We will dome back!"

"Great location! Walking distance to everything from Chinatown to North Beach to the Ferry Building. Staff was nice and friendly. They were stripping the floors in the main entrance, which caused some traffic coming and going and loud noise. Seemed like odd timing knowing they had increased traffic with the World Cup, to choose then to do the floors and block off the exit doors. Due to high traffic, the elevators always seemed to be a wait. Only 1 set (of 4) elevators for the entire building, which easily could have used more sets given the size of the hotel. Overall, great place to stay. Highly recommend."
