"The room would get very hot and humid, luckily the weather in San Francisco is very nice and we were able to open the windows. The main issue was that there were a lack of outlets in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"I had a great staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. The front desk gentlemen made a great suggestion to get their breakfast and snack buffet. That was so worth it, and the food and snack were fresh and pretty tasty. I would be coming back to this hotel."
