I was screamed at and harassed by the front desk employee. The night I checked in he told me and my partner that if we book a second night we will get a discount. Later in the evening I went to the lobby to book a second night at the discounted price as the worker had told me and my partner. He told me that I will get a discount from the website that I booked through. The next morning I checked Expedia the site I booked through and I didn’t see a discounted night. I didn’t give up however, I called Expedia and did the online chat to see what the front desk employee was talking about getting a second night at a discount. Expedia said they don’t offer discounts for a second night. So the next morning my partner and I went to the front desk and it was a different employee; we informed him about how the other employee told us about the discount and our experience with the Expedia customer service. He called the worker in and he called us liars screamed at a young woman and told me and my partner he never said anything about a discount. After the way he treated us we asked for him to pull the security footage to prove he said something about a discount for a second night. We ended up giving up and removing ourselves from the hostile situation. However, the worker was not done yelling at us he said to his coworker not to let us book another night and then followed us outside to continue yelling. I had started recording when he was screaming and he didn’t notice until we exited

Room was clean, breakfast was good with many options. The best part for us was breakfast started at 5am and we were fasting starting around 5:40, so the timing worked out well. The bed was comfy and clean.

Yes, neglected. Sorry to report this was a bad experience for me. Expedia customer service after a third phone call, finally made magic happen by providing me a new hotel to replace the poor and really unsanitary conditions of this stay. thank you Expedia team in the Philippines

My room was extremely dirty. There was a huge stain on the floor right next to the bed that looked like it was hardly cleaned. The walls were very dirty. It has a weird smell in my room the entire time. Beds smelled like dirty feet. The price was cheap but even for the price it was not worth staying at this hotel. Will not ever stay at another Rodeway inn
