「Terrible property. Listed as welcoming for children and then refused entry for my child. Still refusing a refund and having to dispute with the credit card company. Terrible neighborhood and awful response from property. Do not book.」

「The rooms were very nice and very clean, but it is definitely more on the hotel side rather than a hostel. There isn’t much of a lobby to hang out in and quiet hours past 10pm are taken pretty seriously. The staff was so amazingly helpful and very kind, and I overall loved my experience there. Would highly recommend as a clean and comfortable place to stay, but less so as a social hub that so many other hostels are.」

「I made a reservation and found I made a mistake to choose the room without AC. Therefore, I canceled it immediately. But the website and the property still charged me even though they said I chose “pay later”. After 1.5-month, they still not refunded me and it literally feeling like a robbery!」
