"Spacious, clean, high ceiling rooms. Property was clean and had multiple ice/water stations in the pool area. Family-friendly with various food options throughout property. Activity center had games, crafts and kid movies playing. Market had everything you might have forgotten to pack, plus food, bakery items and coffee/drinks. Staff was welcoming and helpful."

"As this was our first visit to your resort, we were thoroughly impressed and delighted. Our experience began right at the entrance with the valet parking staff, who were incredibly attentive; the registration staff were just as great—I don't recall the name of the young woman who assisted us, but she was very kind and pleasant. We arrived on August 13th around 3:30 PM. The pool attendant was also very helpful and friendly; we have no complaints at all. We enjoyed a wonderful stay with 10-out-of-10 service. The resort is stunning and luxurious throughout—especially the pools. I loved seeing the curved staircases from the fifth floor; with such a luxurious lobby and beautiful stairs, it felt like being on an elegant cruise ship. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, too. The only downside was that our room faced the resort entrance, but aside from that, I would rate this resort a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it."
