"Our first night there had us wait over 4 hours for our room to be ready, it wasn't until I repeatedly asked the front desk staff that they got us to our room. The moment we get to our room, we realize the room had no ac, so for the next 2 hours we were trying to get ready for our festival in the heat (during a heat wave as well). Annoyed as we were, we had no real complaints and just thought, these things happen, we are usually very patient people. However, Sunday night at 2:30 am, we are called down by security to let us know that on their secured lot, all 4 wheels of my car were taken. How that happens with security on site is beyond me... When reached out to me by the hotel manager Megan, she does let me know that they do have a policy of no liability for the car, which I understand, this is an insurance issue. But the fact that I requested some kind of discount to my room, for the inconvenience and ruined experience, which is still something the hotel should strive for. I am met with a "I'm sorry but that's not our problem" I am saddened by this, since this was our third time staying here, and we really liked the hotel, but this is our last ever stay and I can not recommend to anyone to stay here, with this kind of commitment to customer satisfaction."

"Conveniently located, clean and comfortable "

"The first room had a sewage smell and maintenance came in and sprayed. The smell was back the next morning so we were moved across the hall. The refrigerator did not work for 2 days. On the third day the maintenance man came back from his weekend and was very professional and personable. We are very grateful for him. Clementine, who worked housekeeping on the second floor, was always cheerful and sweet who smiled at guests and greeted us with a friendly good morning. Our overall favorite is Alisia! She was always cleaning and very gracious to the guests. We always were welcomed by her and she gave me a big hug! While the entire staff was great, Alisia stands out as most excellent and made us look forward to returning in spite of the couple of incidences mentioned above."
