"What a joke! Expedia "overbooked" us at another unit. So, this cabin was the apparent cabin we were "upgraded" to due to the mix up. Expedia advised me they had spoken to the owners to guarantee the cabin was available. Well, guess what? When we arrived at 4pm with our tired children, melting food and tired feet, there were three men in our reserved cabin. They began to tell us they had this cabin for another night. It was booked!!! Again?? Really Expedia? I believe the owners knew they were...

"The cabin wasn’t very clean. Dusty, old dead flies. Bunks were not safe. Mattress wasn’t good. Tub floor dirty. Spa chained up. Balcony was dirty with layer of dirt. "

"The property overall isn't bad, but there were enough smaller and one particularly frustrating items not right with it that put us off. You can see in the photos no one had prepared the exterior of the property for guests in quite a while. One kitchen chair was missing the bolts that hold the pad down, and another had legs so loose it was not safe to sit in. That's half the chairs. There was a water disconnect notice in plain sight in the kitchen. The biggest problem was the broken hot water...

"Great Home for family & friends near Big Bear Mountain, the house is mostly restored and feels new. The only no good thing is you need to take the trash away like 5 block from the house to a garbage yard."
