Temecula Valley Wine Country 4 Stars Hotels

"We came to Murieta Hot spring for the birthday celebration. We stayed for few nights. Checking in experience wasn't pleasant at all. Instead of getting inside the room at 4pm, we waited another 3 hours. When we finally got our room, it was dirty. No one bothers to clean it. At the rnd of our stay, staff wasn't able to explain clearly what happened. We enjoyed pools,jacuzzis and territories of the Hot springs. "

"Breakfast was great. Everything was really nice. My only problem was the mattress was to firm. They did everything they could to help with it. Still slept on several extra blankets to help. Manager said they are looking into getting mattress toppers."

"Jacuzzi in room did not work, no towel bars or hooks, and no luggage racks in room. Took several hours to get one when requested. Otherwise, had a deluxe king room in tower, but we were on first floor next to registration. Room size was very good. Room Service breakfast was delivered quickly and was delicious. Grounds were clean and well kept."

"The resort has surveillance cameras installed outside guest room doors that emit a bright flash at night. There are also cameras positioned overlooking the jacuzzi, pool, and rest areas. This setup was unexpected and made the environment feel uncomfortable, which affected our overall sense of privacy during the stay."
