"We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the amenities. But with my VIP access benefits, the check in staff didnt give the room upgrade and said that they dont do that if it is booked with third party (expedia). 😟 "

"The hotel is okay. Our room was very clean and we were surprised to find it had a fridge and microwave (it didn't appear in the room description when booked). The TV is tiny for the room size a couple of additional chars would be nice. The hotel is old and needs some updating. All the chairs in the dining area are torn. It is not that pricey to replace them and it would have lifted the stay experience. Our room faced the highway and it was noisy. The staff was very helpful and efficient."
