The girl that checked us in could use a little more customer service training. I had a great experience staying at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special shout out to Denise (Front Desk) she gave us the best service and made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The overall atmosphere of the property was welcoming and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Took a family trip to visit family for Thanksgiving. We checked in late and had called ahead of time to inform the hotel. Check in was quick, room was clean and spacious, and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Staff was friendly, helpful, property is very clean inside and out our room was spotless comfortable. Breakfast was very good and hot. Only caveat I observed were Supplies being stacked near the elevator at floor number one. That seemed out of place and felt it shouldn’t be there. You may want to rethink where your supplies are being stacked in a main area. Appreciated the added complementary value of being able to charge an EV at no extra charge. Overall, had a great experience, we would go back…Thank you!
