6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn was okay overall, but it felt like every little thing came with an extra charge. Having to pay for parking and even $2 for a bottle of water made the experience feel unnecessarily penny-pinched. While the hotel was decent, these small costs added up and took away from the overall value. For a hotel under the Hilton brand, I expected a more guest-friendly experience. Other than that service was friendly and rooms were exceptional.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful, the breakfast was excellent. Only issue we had was the lack of parking, maybe there was another lot that we didn't see but we came back at 10:30PM and could find nowhere to park. Otherwise very nice property and location.
