They will answer your phone call and let you know they will get back to you with in 24 hours but they never did. We had a question about pool/spa, called, they said they would get back to us but never did. "Great Home for family & friends near Big Bear Mountain, the house is mostly restored and feels new. The only no good thing is you need to take the trash away like 5 block from the house to a garbage yard."
