"We booked this property based on the photos and description provided. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not match the listing. The carpet was visibly dirty, the pillows and bedding had stains, and the upholstered chair was so soiled that we covered it with a towel in order to sit on it. I initially thought I saw a cockroach on the floor (it turned out to be a raisin) but it certainly made us question the thoroughness of housekeeping. Overall, the property feels very dated and in need of maintenance and updating. Sleep was difficult. The air conditioner was quite loud and cycled on and off every 30–45 minutes. The walls appear thin, as we could hear conversations, doors, footsteps from above, as well as outside noise from cars and planes. It made for a restless night before an important day for us. We do appreciate that breakfast is included, and check-in was smooth and efficient. Destiny at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, she was the highlight of the stay. She invited us to let her know if anything was wrong with the room, but the overall condition felt beyond a minor adjustment. We are sharing this review for transparency so future guests can make an informed decision."
