"Staff were kind at the cafe, especially bartenders and Gabby. Overall disappointed with room and amenities. Pool was closed and no shuttle to Disney. On the room, AC broken and so was coffee maker. Room was cramped, but clean. "

"The hotel is outdated; room descriptions and pictures are vastly different than the actual rooms (not in a good way), hotel tries to charge you for every little thing, did not have hot water, rust everywhere, several buildings are not handicap accessible, very overpriced for what you get."
