「Super cool property located in town. The renovation details of the lodge is very upscale. Lots of great amenities; comfy bed; great kitchenette, cool bathroom decor. Good communication from staff and property kept very clean. Great spot to enjoy weekend getaway. Traffic can be busy during the day but everyone is very friendly on the roads to the beach.」

「I’ve stayed at Surrey Resort twice now and each time has been an exceptional stay. The location is right outside of downtown and walkable so you can just leave your car parked during your stay. Parking is easy with no issue finding a spot. Check in is easy while being informative as you’re staying in a tent and not a room in typical hotel. 「Property is wonderful and all the staff were nice . Couple of things I was not prepared for and I wish was more made aware. For me I could do this physically just a bit of sweat but for some older and unfit individual this could be a problem. 1. 「We paid (in our opinion) top dollar to stay at a RV style setting in a Wine Cottage with Fire Pit. There was a smell that even after we complained about was horrible. We could not be in the cottage for more then a limited amount of time. Secondly the shower pressure was soo high that our 8 year old was not able to physically shower and myself as a grown adult was difficult. The grounds in general were just dirty.
