It was nice that the staff was kind and they handled the requests right away. But it was too cold, but it was a pity that there was no heating system in the tent. I couldn't sleep at night because it was too cold.

Staff members were incredible. This place is great to get away and wind down for the weekend! Definitely family friendly. I do wish some campsite events were shifted towards adults. Overall would highly recommend.
2 sides of the property. We stayed on the side next to the poop and recreational area. Lots of pine trees and shade. The other side is desert side and further. There's no shade there. We got the tent without bathroom wish it was closer to the restroom. No wifi at tenta only in common area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will b back.
We stayed 2 nights in the red rock area in a tent without a bathroom. I loved how clean our communal bathrooms were most of the time and they were conveniently close by. The beds were very comfortable, just wish it had larger pillows and blankets as they both were a bit small, especially when sharing the blanket. The kids loved the bunk bed and to be able to have their own area. So many dishes and utensils were provided, even a can opener and corkscrew. We did have to haul our dishes to the bath house to clean every meal, but they had designated dish sinks with soap, sponges, and cloths which helped. We had solar electricity and never had any problems with it. The deck space was nice to have the lounging couch as well as a full table that fit our family. We had a beautiful Mountain View, although the decks of nearby tents were looking right onto ours. We were fortunate to not have many close neighbors. One night we were kept awake until 4am by a rowdy crowd several tents away. There is a walkie talkie at the bathhouse to contact management, but it was impractical to get out of bed in the middle of the night in bear country to go report them. After informing them the next morning, all was resolved and we had a pleasant and quiet second night. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the main playground, loved the little creek, and had fun in the large pool. Being July, it wasn’t too cold to enjoy. Overall a pleasant stay and my daughter wanted to move in and stay forever.
Our tent was covered in dog hair. The floor, the dishes, we even found hair in our food. The floor wasn’t swept well and linens did not smell clean. Very disappointing. We asked for additional blankets and when we received them & they smelled like dog. It was very unpleasant. Also, the electricity on the tent went out, the staff came and turned it on, unfortunately it went out again. Besides the power outage, the dog hair everywhere and linens that smelled like dog, all of the staff were very pleasant, great scenery, and the grounds were kept well. Pool area, & bath houses were nice and clean.
Huttopia Paradise Springs is a very relaxing & quiet tent camping resort. I wouldn't call it glamping, as it doesn't have the high end amenities like other glamping hotel chains. This is definitely still tent camping, but with lots of space and supplies that is set up & ready for you. It was very clean & well maintained, the tents have everything you need (except wifi, but thats a plus for me). They have a great little book & games cabin with things to entertain you (or bring your own). The pool is not heated and VERY cold when the weather starts to dip into cool temps at night. The little kitchen has great food options that we really enjoyed. Depending on the time of year, come prepared for tons of mosquitos. The tents are very good at keeping the bugs & mosquitos out - we saw only 1 or 2 inside. Its great having a bathroom in the tent. The sunrise there was really beautiful and the surrounding scenery is relaxing. The Devil's Punchbowl Trail nearby is great. Huttopia is a great spot to escape LA & take a break, but I think the price is a bit high for what you get (having stayed at many similar resorts). Thankfully it seems like the prices are going down for the tail end of the season.
The natural environment is very good and comfortable. Check-in is convenient and fast. I like the weekend programs very much, but the cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved.
Mari and her staff was fantastic. We arrived a bit early and Mari was able to accommodate an early check in. Not only that, she upgraded our stay to the coulter pine area closest to the activities since we had kids. Our stay was pleasant…lots of activities for the kids. The play area had games kids will enjoy. The food in their bistro was very well prepared. The tent was super nice. Had 2 rooms and a full bathroom. It was very roomy inside with a kitchenette and sitting area. The patio had a sink, bbq/stove top combo. Had plenty of seating area perfect for outdoor dining and also star gazing. Our tent overlooked a large grass area and kids had lots of room for frisbee and football. There was also archery and yoga and bracelet making and s’mores in different times of the day. All in all, this place is a glamping paradise! Thank you Mari and staff and Huttopia for making our stay memorable.
