「The rooms were clean, nice linens. Valet staff was awesome. Our two biggest issues were 1) 3 of my family members got the hot breakfast buffet and al 3 got food poisoning. I only had the continental breakfast and did not get sick. 2) pool and beach seating is a nightmare. Towels were placed on all the chairs by 7 am and most of the seats were not occupied by people until 11 or later. It is very disappointing that Royal Sonesta allows people to hold chairs when most other hotels have gone away...

「Staff is very nice, the area is very tucked away. More if you want to stay away from touristy areas and get an actual feel of what boricuas live on a day to day basis. I would just say to remember to request housekeeping.」

「We loved everything about this place. It felt warm and inviting. All the staff were kind and very helpful. Everybody goes out of there to say hello. Most of the employees are bilingual. The room is beautiful and shower is amazing. Great water pressure. The pillows are so comfy. Umbrella and lounge chairs for beach are complementary. Kumo is delicious and has amazing waitstaff. Thank you again for taking such good care of us. It made our vacation that much more memorable. 」
