We really enjoyed our stay because of the location, it’s close to the Metro and many of the “must see” landmarks, but most of all your staff were GREAT! , very helpful and friendly. From the moment we arrived early, the staff was accommodating, securely storing our luggage and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The front desk person was particularly kind and helpful. The room was impeccably clean with a variety of towels available, which was a nice touch. Its proximity to the Eiffel Tower was a major plus - we enjoyed nightly walks to see the tower sparkle on the hour, which was truly magical....
