Hotel was a lovely size i did request a room on lower floors as i had read that the lift is small and takes a while to get up and down.
Hotel really close to the main strip/shops but on a she side street.
It was lovely that you could request an hour for free over your stay in the spa areas exclusively for your party.
Breakfast was plentiful and quality bar area and barman friendly and made a really good cocktail. Prices as expected for a 5 star hotel.
On the down side our room faced the road so was woken up ar 2.30am by cars honking their horns as there was a hold up in the street. So pay extra for an inside room if you want total peace!
Had an amazing time over the Thanksgiving Weekend. Front staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Shoutout to Omar Olivier and Lea :)

A hidden gem!
Beautiful boutique hotel tucked away in a side street off the Champs Elysee. Walking distance to most attractions. Staff warm and accommodating. Charming restaurant and delicious food. Welcoming and leaving gifts to add that personal touch. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return! A hidden gem!
Excellent friendly staff. Hotel very attractive well presented and clean. Lovely big room with high ceilings and windows. The technology in the room needs updating especially the TV and the lighting could be improved. Overall though a delightful place to stay.
It is an excellent hotel, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff were amazing. I come to Paris every year to celebrate my birthday. This year I was turning the big 30 and decided to book at Elysia and am so glad I did, the staff went the extra mile to make it feel very special. The hotel is beautiful and standards are kept to a high level. The spa was a bonus to have after a long day of shopping and was kept very clean. I cannot wait to return in a few months and stay again. This has now become my go-to hotel in Paris. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
The service of the property is a 10/10, a real 5 star service. Very friendly staff and they will attend to all your needs. They will write you notes welcoming you back to the room every night, chocolates and candy on your bed every night, and always refill your room with bottled water. Rooms are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Paris. You will not regret booking this hotel.
The rooms in Hotel Elysia are very large and beautifully decorated. They are very clean, beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the rooms cool. It is in a nice, safe area, close to the shopping of the Champs Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe. It is a bit further away from other major sights like Notre Dame or the Eiffel Tower - but everywhere is really only a short 15€ taxi drive away.
The true highlight of this hotel, however, is the staff. Particular mention goes to the front desk people - Rozenn and Lea, and another man whose name I didn’t catch. They were always pleasant and helpful, helped us with reservations at beautiful restaurants, suggested lovely Paris shopping ideas, and were overall perfect hosts. They are a huge asset to this hotel and made us feel very welcome every day. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to all.
The food at the restaurant was quite disappointing. I placed an order, but it arrived in such poor condition that I couldn't eat it. I politely requested them to take it back, but I was taken aback when I noticed they charged me for the meal I hadn’t even touched. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. The following day, I switched to a hotel across the street, and I’m so pleased I did. The food, service, and staff at the new hotel were absolutely fantastic
Wonderful stay and welcome retreat after a few days at a different hotel. The staff was professional and courteous which was a noticeable difference from other staff I encountered in Paris (unfortunately found most staff abrupt and borderline rude), but not here!
I have forgotten names but I do want to recognize the front desk staff and the bartender (asian male) who made my stay quite pleasant and checked in frequently. The hotel has luxurious bedding, smells great, hot tub in room, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Lunch was great at the restaurant (lobster!) I also had afternoon tea which was delicious and quiet in their salon area.
The area was great for shopping right next to Champs Elyseé. The street itself Rue De Berri was difficult for ubers to stop - this is probably an uber thing? Overall wonderful stay and i’ll return mainly for the service! 5 stars!
The staff is truly amazing here. Great job hiring! Everyone seemed happy to be there and service more than exceeded our expectations. Bilingual support was greatly appreciated! Our room was beautiful and was always kept clean with several nice little touches. There were little treats left in our room upon our return. Chocolates, macarons, sour gummies, to name a few. This hotel is walking distance to several shops and restaurants and even a few fun pubs. If you’re up for a longer walk, you can even make your way to the Eiffel Tower. (We did) but we opted to Uber home. It’s fairly easy to grab an Uber here. If you’re English first like us, we much prefer Uber over cabs to avoid language barriers when navigating. While the area is very safe, mind the beggars. On Champs we were being asked for coins every few minutes. Just keep it moving and you’ll be fine. Last tip to add, (while we didn’t use it) they have a nice sauna and spa area. It’s complimentary but you’ll need to call down ahead of time for them to prepare it and heat it up. But the nice thing with that is it’s a private experience. Wife loved everything about this hotel, 5 stars.
The location was fabulous. The staff went out of their way to assist with anything needed. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a great amount of choices which all were delicious.
