「櫃台人員服務親切,旅館位置非常好,距離著名的拉法葉百貨非常近,購物方便，但也隨之引來了不少扒手,我們在櫃台辦理入住手續時,就有一些可疑女子同時進入, 櫃台人員非常有警覺先問她們要做什麼? 她們說要討份地圖後就閃人, 櫃台人員才對我們說抱歉因為要先處理不友善人士避免住客受害。這種注意安全的態度實在值得激賞。這間旅館對安全的態度值得推薦。」

「The hotel is modern and comfortable. Walkable distance from the Opera station. The hotel staff all very very friendly and helpful. The amenities provided were of very high quality. Too bad we only stayed for one night. Would love to stay for longer next time to try their breakfast and restaurant.」

「Madame Drouot was truly wonderful! What a beautiful hotel altogether from the modern & cozy design details throughout as you enter the lobby, in the restaurant, and in the room itself. Our room featured a gorgeous design and was incredibly clean (and throughout the hotel, there was great, fresh scent). The hotel is centrally located and very walkable to nearby restaurants, sites, and thr metro, too. We felt the staff went above and beyond - they were very welcoming, friendly, and so helpful....

「Great location with easy access to Metro and walking distance to L’Opéra, Place Vendôme , and Lafayette department store etc. clean and Spacious room for Paris city center standard. Friendly and helpful staff including front desk, and concierge who offers great advice. House keeping staff should pay more attention in details such as replacing amenities etc. would be nice to offer two bottles of water ( instead of one ) everyday for double occupancy. 」

「The location of the hotel is very convenient, quite near to the shopping arcades. The hotel staff at the reception counter and the restaurant are very nice and helpful. They are very willing to listen and to entertain my needs. The room is spacious and clean. The housekeeper tidied up the room everyday, and that made me feel comfortable.」
