「The blanket and pillow are not whitish clean with smelly, looked used-for-long-time-ago. The room was very small but with very high expensive room rate. It was not worthwhile. The only good point was the hotel above the convention centre where Metro exit and a big supermarket were there.」

「Had a warm welcome at the outset and throughout our stay from friendly staff. Hotel was well located and an easy stroll to the Louvre. We had a family room with two connected rooms and together there was plenty of space. Very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and reasonable choice. Spa was nice, small pool with jacuzzi jets which needs to be booked and a sauna and steam room. 「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「It is a very convenient hotel, just 2 mins walk from Metros. However, my room was extremely tiny (but it was very clean), and I was very surprised that there was no a proper reception (as it is classified as a 4-star hotel). As I checked in the hotel, the reception staff was helping another guests (but it was hard for me to tell if it is the place to check in), The guy at the reception doesn’t even greet to me. And there were a bunch of sex toy shops next to the hotel so I don’t think it is...

「Tolles, sauberes Hotel, sehr bequeme Betten und weiche Handtücher. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist etwas ruhiger aber trotzdem in Stadt Nähe. 10/15 Minuten bis zu Marais( schöne Gegend zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen) ca 20/30 min bis zum Louvre und der Pariser Stadtmitte. Ich würde das Hotel jedem empfehlen und würde selbst auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank an das liebe Personal! 」
